一人年三十六月因勞取凉夢遺遂覺惡寒連日慘慘¶
不爽三日後頭痛躁悶家人診之驚曰脉絶矣議作¶
隂症欲進附子湯未决邀予往治曰隂症無頭疼今¶
病如是恐風暑乘虚入於隂分故脉伏耳非脉絶也¶
