温之藥為君麥門冬片黄芩甘寒之劑為臣青皮䟱肝¶
為佐竹&KR0377;青痰為使芍藥茯苓隨其兼証而加減之酸¶
棗仁山梔子因其時令而出入之服之月餘病遂輕然¶
或目系漸急即瞀昧不知人事良久復甦居士曰無妨¶
此氣血未復神志昬亂而然令其確守前方夜服安神¶
丸朝服虎潛丸以助其藥力年餘熟寢一月而瘥越十¶
餘年因久坐腰痛肩膊痛延左脚及右脚又延及左右¶
手不能行動或作風症而用藥酒或作血虚而用四物¶
