罔有効者居士診視脉皆濡小近駛曰察脈觀形乃氣¶
虚兼鬱熱也遂用參蓍歸术川芎茯苓甘草香附陳皮¶
黄芩芍藥服之而安或曰諸痛不可用參蓍并酸寒之¶
劑今犯之何也曰病久屬鬱鬱則生熱又氣屬陽為表¶
之衛氣虚則表失所衛而賊邪易入外感激其内鬱故¶
痛大作今用甘温以固表則外邪莫襲酸寒以清内則¶
