不寧時復汗出舉家驚愕疑是房後隂症擬進附子¶
理中湯予曰此治内寒逆冷也活人書云四逆無脉¶
當察症之寒熱今觀所患多屬於熱况昨日脉皆細¶
數靣色近赤又兼酒後而病六脉遂絶盖由壯火食¶
氣也四肢者諸陽之本氣被壯火所食不能營於四¶
肢故脉絶而逆冷也此類傷暑之症正合仲景所謂¶
熱厥者多寒厥者少急用大承氣湯下之之類向雖¶
下以大承氣其熱尚有未盡難以四逆湯症與比今¶
