之類此亦稽時從症之意也¶
一婦年三十質脆弱産後咳𠻳痰臭或作肺&KR1012;治愈劇¶
延及兩脚漸腫至膝大便溏小腹脹痛午後發熱靣¶
紅氣促不能向右卧予診脉虚小而數予曰凡咳𠻳¶
左右向不得眠者上氣促下瀉泄者發熱不為瀉減¶
者此皆病之反也按此皆原於脾經曰脾主諸臭入¶
肺腥臭入心焦臭入肝腐臭自入為穢臭盖脾不能¶
運行其濕濕欝為熱釀成痰而臭矣經曰左右者隂¶
