黟縣丞年逾五十京囬兩脇肋痛醫用小柴胡湯痛止¶
續後復痛前方不効請予往治脉皆弦細而濡按之¶
不足曰此心肺為酒所傷脾腎為色所損兩脇脹痛¶
相火亢極肝亦自焚經云五臟已虛六府已極九候¶
須調者死此病之謂歟果卒¶
鼓脹¶
一人年逾四十春間患脹醫用胃苓湯及雄黄傳貼法¶
不効邀予診視脉皆緩弱無力曰此氣虛中滿也曾¶
